A deepwoods Louisiana folk-inspired retelling of Beauty & The Beast (with an environmentalist twist), Enchantment Theatre Company's The Beast & The Bayou is part of their "Enchantment Everywhere" series, which provides access to Philadelphia area schools & communities at a cost much lower than that of a typical field trip to a theater.
The traveling productions are actor, movement, and music driven, and are interchanged with a series of digitally printed scenic backdrop curtains.
